Bernal Yoga (461 Cortland Ave, San Francisco) 

Mondays & Wednesdays & Fridays — Stretch and Strengthen 4:45-5:45

A simple one hour class that combines strength conditioning exercises, traditional yoga poses, basic stretches, and relaxation exercises designed to strengthen and tone the body, and to focus and calm the mind. Props and humor will be used frequently in class. All levels welcome.

Tuesday & Thursday — Restorative Flow 4:30-5:45

A slow deep and powerful class combining somatic movement and yoga asana focused on unlocking chronic tension. Props and a good dose of humor are used. Open to all levels.

Tuesday  — Core & More 7:30-8:30pm

One hour of deep simple core work, stretching and strength building. The aim of this class is to get you deep into the strength of your center, to strengthen and stretch your muscles, and to build better posture and awareness of body mechanics. This class is appropriate for all levels, and recommended as an active recovery for athletes and yogis.

Satori Yoga (40 1st Street, San Francisco)

Mondays – Stretch and Strengthen 12:30-1:30  

A simple one hour class that combines strength conditioning exercises, traditional yoga poses, basic stretches, and relaxation exercises designed to strengthen and tone the body, and to focus and calm the mind. Props and humor will be used frequently in class. All levels welcome.

Mondays – Core & Restore 1:30-2:30 

One hour of deep simple core work and stretching. The aim of this class is to get you deep into the strength of your center and relax and stretch your muscles. It is appropriate and recommended for new moms and anyone wanting a restful (but not easy) workout for their middle. It is great as an active recovery for athletes and yogis.

Thursdays – Stretch and Strengthen 1:15-2:15  

A simple one hour class that combines strength conditioning exercises, traditional yoga poses, basic stretches, and relaxation exercises designed to strengthen and tone the body, and to focus and calm the mind. Props and humor will be used frequently in class. All levels welcome.
